The terms and conditions of the holiday letting as agreed to by both parties are as follows. Any change to such Terms & Conditions, permits the owner or agent to refuse entry to the premises, amend the charge or immediately terminate the occupancy.

The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the receipt.

At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying to exceed the number booked.

Bookings/Payments

A 25% deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking.

A 1.7% merchant fee is charged for VISA and MASTERCARD credit card transactions.

The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date and is non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations 60 days prior to the commencement of the booking will be refunded in full less a $150.00 administration fee.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the booking, no refund will be available. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover this possibility.

To be entitled to a refund, cancellations must be made in writing.

No refund is given on early departure.

Check-In/Check-Out

The retreat is available from 12.00pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 12.00pm on the day of departure. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate early overseas arrivals and late departures, the only way to absolutely ensure early check-in or late check-out is to book an extra day.

General

A complimentary midweek service is included in the tariff for all bookings 8 nights and over. For bookings over 14 days linen will be changed weekly free of charge. Extra linen and cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge.

Liabilities

No responsibility is taken for personal items left on the premises during or after departure.

We do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses and disruptions caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control. We do not accept liability for error omissions, default or negligence represented on our website.

Rates & Bookings

Rates are in Australian Dollars and subject to change without notice.

The booking is made in good faith by the agent. However the agent is not responsible for actions or changes made by the owner or a third party which may impact on the booking and over which the agent has no control.

Pets

To abide by the local health regulation, No pets are permitted on or about the premises.

Personal Belongings

The landlord/agent does not cover your personal belongings under their insurance policy and therefore take no responsibility for any loss or damage of the occupants personal property left on the premises. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Behaviour

No person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is a nuisance to adjoining or neighboring occupiers.

Breakages And Damages

We appreciate that the retreat will be returned to us in the condition presented on arrival.

Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card if necessary. Please note that it is not our intention to charge for replacement of accidentally broken crockery.

If excess cleaning is required, charges to the occupant will be applied to the credit card provided on booking.

The owner or agent will accept no responsibility for any inconvenience with machinery breakdown. The agent's best endeavour to repair, replace or hire an alternative will be undertaken.

The owner or agent reserves the right to apply a bond on holiday premises if considered necessary.

The owner or agent will not be responsible for alternative accommodation or any other cost when tenants arrive after hours.

Commercial Use

This property is available for commercial use. Separate fees and charges apply.
